Thanks Paolo, I know the project and it is interesting indeed.
The report does not aim to list all relevant projects! there are many initiatives for this, we also have a project which already listed 100 cases. Why dont you subscribe to http://www.epractice.eu/community/pubserv20

David, I found a lack on your report an Web 2.0 in Egov.
The site www.openpolis.it is not mentioned, but if it is a great service for italian citizens and a good example at European level too.
It's catetegory is the same of www.theyworkforyou.com, but quite different. Look at it.
This is an other "encouraging sign" from Italy, even if it is promoted by a non-profit organisation, not by a public body.

Well written, Paolo. I agree. I'll put Spinea on my radar, for what it's worth.

David, you are a very quick blogger! Right for blogs, very strange in governments!
I know we are rather negative here in Italy, about e-government. Disillusion is dominating now. But everything changes in the world we are living in, you know.
You are right: there are sound situations we can count on. Spinea is just 1 case. Hundreds of innovators are anxious to listen to segnals of change.
Come on, let's play our role.
A common standard for feedback/ratings on public services?
I don't know. But let's start from something solid. Let's search and give visibility to projects like Spinea. Let's allow other aministrations to re-use that solution.
